Rubbish Challenge 2020


We’ve had a rubbish idea and need your help! Fancy the chance to win a years’ worth of free parking at our parks? Join the Country Parks Rubbish Challenge!

To enter upload a photo on to your social media page of you throwing litter in a bin, along with your reason why you feel it’s important. Tag us along with three friends to join in the challenge and help us spread positivity about keeping the planet clean. You can enter via Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.

You have until the 27th September to enter. We are working with Buckinghamshire Recycles to offer 5 runners up their own custom made Chillys water bottle. Good luck!

Terms and Conditions

  • By entering you allow us to use photos now and for 1 year from close of competition on all Buckinghamshire council social media channels.
  • If you’re taking a photo of someone else ALWAYS get their permission first
  • People entered will be assigned a number which will be entered into a random number generator.
  • Winners will be revealed on 6th October
  • You will be contacted via social media if you win. If we don’t hear back from you within 1 week of the reveal date. A winner will be drawn out again.
  • Only 1 parking permit prize is available and is non-transferrable. There are 5 chillys bottles for runners up to win.
  • The parking pass is valid only in Buckinghamshire Country Parks (Black Park, Langley Park and Denham Country Park) for 1 year from November 1st 2020 and is valid for 1 vehicle only.
  • You will have to provide us with various details including full name, address, contact email and vehicle registration to receive the permit. This information will be processed following our GDPR guidelines, only be used for the purposes of providing you with a parking permit.
  • It may take up to 2 weeks from you giving us these details for us to get the permit to you. Until you receive the permit you will need to pay for parking.
  • All details required for the permit needed to be sent across by October 16th so that we can process the permit.
  • Competition closes 27th September 2020. No entries after this date will be included
  • Use of the permit will be under permit terms and conditions which are available on our online shop and will be posted to you with your permit.
  • Permit does not give you any exclusive rights to a parking space or access to the park.
  • If selected as a runner up, once notified you will have a week to send us your design and address so we can order it and have it delivered to your house. The maximum value of the bottle is £20
